1. Lie on your back on a flat, firm surface.
2. Rub your hands together gently until they feel warm.
3. Place one of your hands on the belly button.
4. Begin to gently rub your belly around the belly button with circular clockwise movements while applying slight pressure. Gradually increase the circles you make. Each cycle should take you 1-2 seconds.
5. Focus on the heat that begins to accumulate in your abdominal area.
6. Continue for two minutes - doing about 40-50 cycles. It is important to keep your stomach warm while you are exercising.
